Location: Starlaw Business Park, Livingston
Salary: 25,500 per annum
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 4-Day Rotational Shift Pattern (Enjoy a long weekend every second week)

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for an Production Operator on behalf of a Blue Arrow manufacturing client based in Livingston.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment with the potential to secure a permanent position. Working as part of the operations team, you will support manufacturing, goods-in and dispatch activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Operating and monitoring manufacturing and warehouse equipment
\n
• Following standard operating procedures and quality standards
\n
• Completing processing and production documentation
\n
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
\n
• Driving forklifts where qualified and required
\n
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and overall team performance
\n

\n
\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
\n

\n
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
\n
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
\n
• Good organisational and time management skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n

\n Shift Pattern for Production Operator\n
\n
\n

Rotating weekly:

\n
• Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
\n
• Tuesday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
\n

\n
