Job Description

Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £45,000 + Private medical Health care

\n

Our client, a specialist contractor within the conservation and restoration sector, is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with estimating experience to join their growing commercial team in Glasgow.

\n

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their QS career who wants genuine hands-on exposure across both commercial and operational project delivery, rather than being siloed into one function.

This role is ideal for someone who wants variety, responsibility, and the chance to develop quickly in a business that values initiative and progression.

\n

You'll gain exposure across the full commercial lifecycle, working closely with experienced professionals while also being trusted with your own workload.

  • \n

  • \n
  • Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships
  • \n
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
  • \n
\n

What's on Offer

\n
    \n
  • Real responsibility from day one
  • \n
  • Broad exposure across both QS and estimating functions
  • \n
  • Opportunity to develop quickly within a specialist sector
  • \n
